Have you guys tried making the HTML changes in the text doc itself—the original? Using some find replace you can encase all paragraphs in p tags and single-returns appended with br /, then copy paste straight into the HTML box. That’s the only thing that ever works for me.

Yep, that’s what I did last night, and with the first interview, too! Hence what I said in Private Communication about “a bit of cunning find-and-replace.” e.g.: finding all the bolded “PT”s and replacing them with PT and letting Tumblr itself close the tag, as opposed to just bolding all instances of “PT,” which bolds the “pt” in shit like “tempt” and “kept.”
